AbSTRAL compost is a sound poet and a tinkerer. He is just as comfortable on the contemporary poetry scene than in various underground formations ranging from metal to rap. His phrasing is complex and largely improvised as he juggles words drawn from a sociocentric vocabulary. The Neuchâtel-based artist usurps the French language and disregards norms. He plays with sound by blending pre-recordings of his voice on audio tapes with live narration.

A strong performance that evokes confusion mixed with fascination.
